Horan was a male human who served as a Lieutenant in the Republic Military during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire and beyond. During the Galactic War, he was assigned as a weapons and armor modification specialist to Strike Force Oricon, who were sent to the moon Oricon to counter the Dread Masters' threat. Although the operation was initially a disastrous failure and many members of the team died, he was able to survive the landing and has provided her services in the strike force's camp ever since.
